We use meat from cows that are over 30 months old.Unlike bulls, cows are characterized by having light and high-quality fat, and you can enjoy the smooth melting of the fat in your mouth.We have a selection of meat with excellent quality, so please try eating and comparing the umami of different parts.

Of course, we are also particular about other than meat.Seafood is delivered directly from Toyosu... Nori seaweed is purchased from Tsukiji Market, and wasabi from Shizuoka Prefecture is used, which the owner thinks is really delicious.Among them, the dessert ice cream is all handmade, and the ice cream using Amazon cacao in the photo is a dish that spreads your mouth full of elegant sweetness.Please relish.
